1. Personal Information

We define personal information as information that includes a person's full name, email address or any other information that is tied to individually identifiable information that would allow someone to identify or contact you, unless stated otherwise herein or on the Service.

We collect personally identifiable information from users, as provided by voluntary submission, in order to set up CHESS CHANNEL accounts. We use good faith efforts to make it clear why the information is being collected and what it will be used for.

We have taken steps to ensure that personally identifiable information collected is secure, including limiting the number of people who have physical access to its database servers, as well as electronic security systems and password protections which guard against unauthorized access.

2. Secure Payment System

Chess Channel uses a secure online payment system. When you use the online payment system to purchase a show or shows, your details are sent encrypted to the Chess Channel server, and then forwarded encrypted to your credit card bank. At no time are your unencrypted credit card details stored on our server.
